I'm really excited to be attending Patchings Art Festival this year. I’ll be demonstrating loose watercolour techniques from my book at the event.
Now in it’s 31st year, the largest event of its kind, celebrates the very best in art, craft and materials. Within a backdrop of Nottinghamshire countryside, this year’s Patchings ARTfest promises a day of enjoyment and inspiration.
Come and find my stand! With a wealth of artist demonstrators and suppliers, I’d highly recommend a day trip to this event.

We have a beautiful large picture window overlooking our garden, but the local birds constantly mistook the reflection for open sky and kept flying into the glass. We didn't want to put up ugly netting, so we opted for a subtle patterned window film from https://www.tintfit.com/. The minimal design breaks up the reflection enough to deter the birds completely, while still allowing us to enjoy our unobstructed view of the garden safely.
